Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Design and architect scalable and high-performance CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ensure solutions align with business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Oversee the implementation of CRM solutions, ensuring best practices and quality standards are adhered to.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate these requirements into effective CRM solutions.
Customization and Configuration: Lead the customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs. Utilize Dynamics 365 tools, workflows, and plugins to enhance functionality.
Integration: Design and implement integration strategies to connect Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of CRM systems. Identify and resolve issues related to system performance, data integrity, and user experience.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on Dynamics 365 features and best practices. Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of (X) years of experience as a CRM Architect or similar role with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Proven track record of designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.
Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service. Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development.
Integration Skills: Strong understanding of integration techniques and tools, including Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and APIs.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present ideas and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate) are highly desirable.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or specialized training in CRM solutions are a plus.
