Key Responsibilities
Manage, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management.
Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications, patches, and updates using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) .
Lead and support Domain Migration activities, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth user transition.
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security policies, compliance, and endpoint configurations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users on endpoint-related issues.
Develop and maintain system documentation, processes, and best practices.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure stability and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (configuration, policies, compliance, enrollment, etc.).
Strong expertise in SCCM for application packaging, deployment, and patch management.
Solid experience in Domain Migration projects, including Active Directory, user profiles, and system integration.
Good understanding of Windows OS administration, device lifecycle management, and security compliance.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
