AI and Innovation

Responsibilities
The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.

• Performs a variety of routine engineering assignments under the direction of a supervisor with increasing responsibility based on performance.
• Works under the direction of a supervisor on specific and limited portions of a broader assignment that requires some supervision.
• Ability to read P&IDs, pull the necessary data and transfer to equipment & piping design utilizing standard design techniques and use industry best practices.
• Drafts interpretation of own design into completed working drawings and applies engineering fundamentals to design.
• Performs routine calculations related to Machine design.
• Study SSOE and client's CAD standard and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Organizes and maintains project design records.
• Organize maintenance spare parts and structure them in client's SAP system.
• Communicates with supervisor concerning progress or problems in an assigned task.

Qualifications
What You Will Bring:

• Diploma or certification in mechanical discipline from an accredited institute.
• Autodesk Inventor 3D and AutoCAD 2D experience mandatory. Plant 3D experience is a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience in design field.
• Experience with Material Handling equipment, packaging equipment, ductwork systems, fabrication weldments.
• Experience with SAP system is a plus.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Should be familiar with international codes and standards (preferably USA codes).
• Willing to work in the late evening hours to attend meetings with US counterpart & as per project requirement.

We're looking for a creative Visual Design Intern to join our marketing team.

As a Visual Design Intern, you'll work closely with our designers, marketers, and content writers to bring our brand to life across landing pages, blog visuals, decks, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging landing pages, blog banners, and campaign visuals that align with Klenty's brand identity.
• Create and refine marketing assets including product decks, email banners, LinkedIn creatives, and paid ad visuals.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize visuals that enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Maintain visual consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns.
• Support in creating illustrations, infographics, and UI mockups for web experiences.
• Work with product and video teams to ensure cohesive visual direction across product marketing and brand assets.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing design work (landing pages, social media, or marketing visuals).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator (After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).

About the Role

We are looking for a Visual Design Intern  with a passion for creative storytelling and design. This role goes beyond making things “look good” — you will be responsible for turning ideas into compelling visuals that communicate our brand, engage audiences, and support marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create social media content, marketing collaterals, website visuals, presentations, and short-form videos .
