- Create construction staking point files; complete plats for As-built, Boundary, Title, Tree and Topographic Surveys.
- Create digital terrain models from traditional ground survey data and drone mapping 3D point files.
- Process field data, troubleshoot field data, perform deed and utility research, run traverse closures, reduce level notes, and finalize survey drawings.
- Familiarize and become proficient with current CAD software and standards used while performing drafting assignments, as well as future adaptation to any modifications to the current CAD standards.
- Learn and utilize Company and Survey Department filing systems to maintain files accordingly for paper and/or digital data.
- Learn and utilize methods for uploading, downloading, and importing field data with TBC into a CAD file.
- Complete drafting assignments within assigned deadlines and within budget allocated per each assignment.
- Various tasks including performing record searches of properties, easements, right-of-way; plotting of property record data (deeds, plans, etc.); preparing property mosaic and Right-of-Way related tasks; boundary resolution; and plotting/reviewing road alignments and associated geometry.
