Job Responsibilities:
- Customer
- Promote the Station as a Center of Excellence in Thailand. Collaborate with UPL country and regional teams to perform best practices, improve efficiencies and deliver best outcomes.
- Ensure that all activities at the site are compliant with corporate rules and that a safe working environment is maintained and all necessary EHS rules are established and followed.
- Process/ Operations
- Accountable for the effective execution and coordination of all research activities at the Station. Ensuring that high quality trials are implemented, maintained, assessed and the resulting data reported to stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Establish and maintain, at the Station, a seed bank, plant pathogens and/or insect colonies as required to execute projects successfully.
- Search for and implement innovative technologies and ensure that state of the art research is implemented at the Station.
- Ensure that technical know-how on products and technologies is maintained internally and effectively transferred to concerned departments.
- Take all measures needed in obtaining and/or maintain EOR/GEP accreditation for the Station.
- Ensure safe and compliant use and storage of all chemical products by maintaining a zero tolerance for any contaminations at and around the site.
