**Project Support:**

  • Design and develop renewable energy systems (solar, wind, hydro, etc.).
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for new projects.
  • Analyze energy generation data and performance metrics.
  • Select appropriate components and equipment for renewable energy installations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety codes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in operational renewable energy plants.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing energy efficiency and output.
  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in Renewable Energy.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven experience in the design and implementation of solar or wind energy projects.
  • Strong understanding of energy systems, power electronics, and grid integration.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools (e.g., PVsyst, Homer).
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
  • A passion for sustainability and clean energy.
