Handle all rubber compound mixing operation in plant

Rubber mixing process parameters monitoring & necessary updation

Monitoring of mixing area & performing monthly inventory & maintaining records

Monitoring quality of PPEs provided in Mixing.

Required Candidate profile

Knowledge of Intermix, Kneader, Banberry , Two rolls mills compounding process.

Knowledge of problem solving in Extrusion & vulcanization.

Candidate should Have work on Rubber Mixing

Rubber Compounding

knowledge of rubber types (both natural and synthetic rubbers such as EPDM, NBR, CR, etc.)

Familiarity with rubber processing machines such as:

Rubber Molding

Rubber Extrusion

Calendaring

Man, machine safety monitoring & recording.

Improvement of 5-S audit score through continual improvement activities.

Minimize the compound related issues in production, performing root cause analysis if any issue related with compounding.

Sales and Business Development:

• Drive sales of mixing equipment, including inline high shear mixers and powder-liquid mixing systems, to targeted industries.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Customer Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Food, Pharma, Cosmetic, and Chemical sectors.

Technical Expertise:

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM systems.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in process equipment for Food, Pharma, Cosmetic, and Chemical industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of mixing technologies and process equipment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements in target sectors.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving ability with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office suite
