• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create user personas, user journey maps, and information architecture.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for mobile applications.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to a shared design system and style guides.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with mobile platform design guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design).
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects for mobile platforms is mandatory.

• Conducting user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Developing and maintaining design systems and style guides.
• Collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
• Iterating on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and market trends.
• Presenting design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
• Ensuring consistency in design elements and user experience across the product.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
• Contributing to the overall product strategy and vision.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of mobile application designs.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user research techniques and usability testing.
• Knowledge of mobile design patterns and platform guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design).
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and typography.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects.
