Role Summary:

The 3D Modelling Designer will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of façade systems and elements using SketchUp software. The role focuses on visualizing aluminium, glass, and cladding systems based on architectural and technical inputs. The designer will work under the 3D Visualizer and report directly to the Design Engineer, contributing to client presentations, coordination models, and internal technical development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D façade models using SketchUp .
• Interpret architectural and shop drawings to build precise 3D façade components.
• Assist in preparing exploded views , conceptual façade visuals , and component-level visuals .
• Collaborate with the 3D Visualizer and Design Engineer to incorporate feedback and revisions.
• Maintain organized model files and version tracking for each project.
• Support client presentations and internal visual communication through updated models.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Basic knowledge or exposure to Unreal Engine for rendering or interactive walkthroughs is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and explore visual improvement tools in the future.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SketchUp 3D modelling (preferably in the façade or architectural industry).
• Strong understanding of basic construction elements like curtain walls, ACP panels, glass fittings, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Eye for detail and proportion in visual output.
• Good communication and coordination skills to interact with internal teams.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Interior Design.
• Certification in SketchUp is an added advantage.

Work Environment:

• Full-time, office-based (Peenya, Bangalore).

In this role, you will:

• Support the delivery of complex transformation program development within data portfolio.
• Work within agile multi-skilled teams to create world class products to serve our customer’s needs.
• Perform the elicitation and analysis of business change, functional and non-functional requirements across a range of stakeholders, work with cross asset IT teams to interface those requirements and finally deliver a working reconciliation solution.

• Should be an individual contributor with good understanding of the SDLC & Agile methodologies.

Support the Discipline Lead, BIM Manager and Production Team(s) in day to day BIM implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide fortnightly and monthly progress updates to the Discipline Lead and BIM Manager.
• Maintain records of all formal BIM correspondences.

Senior Data Modeler

The Sr Data Architect is responsible for leading architecture capabilities for the Data Governance Organization. This role includes creating, maintaining, and communicating conceptual and logical enterprise data models and data flow diagrams. The Sr Data Architect will have a deep understanding of the organization’s Customer, Supplier, Product, Financial, and Employee master data, the data lifecycle of this content as it exists in ancillary applications and provide guidance on software and process modifications to improve controls and simplify master data management.
