About the role:

We are looking for a skilled monday.com Implementation Engineer to support our projects in India and North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in workflow automation, and a passion for optimizing business processes.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, configure, and optimize monday.com boards, dashboards, and automations tailored to client needs across project management, CRM, and service workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Work OS solutions through discovery workshops and collaborative sessions.
  • Build integrations using tools like Zapier, Make, and monday.com APIs to connect with third-party platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce).
  • Lead training and onboarding sessions for clients, empowering them to adopt monday.com as a central platform for cross-team collaboration.

  • Analyze usage data to refine configurations and proactively recommend enhancements that align with client goals.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar.
  • Experience with monday.com's APIs.

  • Responsible for detailed design and engineering of fire protection systems, including fire water storage tanks, pump houses, hydrant and spray networks, MVWS/HVWS, sprinkler, gas suppression, and fire alarm systems.
  • Prepare DBRs, P&IDs, hydraulic calculations, technical specifications, BOQs, RFQs, and vendor technical evaluations in compliance with NFPA, TAC, NBC, OISD, UL, and FM standards.
  • Design gas flooding systems (CO₂, CAF, Inergen, NOVEC, FM200) and VESDA systems, and perform firewater demand assessments and pump sizing using tools like PipeNet.
  • Provide technical guidance for 2D/3D & BIM modelling, duct design, pressure loss calculations, and HVAC system design including chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, and smoke management systems.
  • Execute HAZOP studies, PHE design engineering, and coordinate tenders, ongoing projects, and multi-disciplinary meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to finalize designs, review technical submissions, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Develop HVAC designs and calculations using ASHRAE, SMACNA, IS Code, NBC standards, and tools such as HAP and CFD.

    • Ensure proposed solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network design and security.
    • Drive end-to-end project execution—from solutioning, planning, and implementation to testing and operational handover.
    1. The candidate should have around 7-10 years of relevant Infrastructure experience with excellent hands on experience on networking technologies & project management skills.
    2. B Tech Computer Engineering/E&C/MCA/BSc/MSc Computer Science /IT
    3. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
    4. Proficiency in using project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet.
    5. Proven experience in handling vendor and stakeholder management across global teams.
    6. Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    7. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly desirable.
    8. A fundamental grasp of AI tools will be an added benefit.
    9. Hands-on experience with technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, SD-WAN (e.g., Velocloud, Viptela, Versa, Meraki), and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
