Responsibilities :

• Define project specifications for Data Management services, including Protocol Conversion, Database Build, CRF Design and Data Review and Data Reconciliation tools.
• Understand external data collection, its integration into the clinical trial, and the management and reconciliation processes required to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
• Execute data cleaning strategies to accelerate the time to achieve subject data cleanliness and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Perform holistic data review and trending analysis via reporting and elluminate® analytics to proactively identify issue, risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for anomaly and outlier detection to enhance the efficiency and quality of trial data.
• Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, dashboards, Clinical Trial Operational Analytics (CTOA), and reports to provide actionable recommendations to study lead(s)/project manager.
• Perform Query Management.
• Define specifications and collaborate with technical team on configuration of centralized data management platform, elluminate® Data Central for data cleaning strategy and oversight activities.
• Prepare and maintain data management documentation (e.g., DMP, CCGs, Help Text, DVS) and update throughout trial lifecycle.
• Review and ensure the quality control of team-developed deliverables, covering eCRFs, study documents, program/report specifications, outputs, and elluminate® Data Central with analytics modules. Actively evaluate and contribute to enhance processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate and work as a team to ensure the deliverables are completed on time with high quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry quality standards, regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing MDM solutions that address the organization's data quality requirements and align with its business objectives. This includes defining data models and metadata structures.
• Data Quality Framework: Develop and implement data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to organization's needs. Define data quality metrics and thresholds to measure and monitor data quality levels over time.
• Data Cleansing and Remediation: Design and implement sustainable data cleansing processes to address data quality issues, such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
• Establishing metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships. Ensuring metadata integrity and alignment with data quality standards.
• Lead the interface discussions pertaining to master data with different applications

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Over 8 years experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role, with a focus on data quality management
• Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, best practices, tools and techniques
• Metadata and Reference Data Management
• Experience with the Fusion Oracle cloud platform is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Available to work during 11:30 AM IST – 8.30 PM IST.

We are looking for an experienced Database Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL-based testing, backend validation, and data-intensive application testing . This role requires excellent skills in writing complex queries, validating large datasets, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems. At least mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for data validation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and design test cases focused on database and backend validation .
• Write, execute, and optimise complex SQL queries to validate business logic, data integrity, and workflows.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems.
• Use Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, validations) for data analysis and reporting.
• Perform backend testing to ensure proper integration of applications with underlying databases.
• Identify, log, and track issues using test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Prepare detailed test documentation including test cases, execution results, and defect reports.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of database testing processes .
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and independently handle client discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on database testing .
• Advanced proficiency in SQL , including writing and optimising queries, joins, stored procedures, and functions.
• Strong experience in data validation and reconciliation across multiple systems.
• At least mid-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, reporting).
• Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle client interactions independently .
• Experience working in Agile environments .
