Role Summary

The RMS Technical Expert will be responsible for the design, deployment, and optimization of Reliability Monitoring Systems in an OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test) manufacturing environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in equipment data acquisition, reliability analytics, system integration, and continuous improvement of RMS to support yield, quality, and equipment performance targets.

1. System Development & Maintenance

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience handling workplace violence situations
· Be solutions-focused, customer-focused, and always deliver excellent follow-up.
· Awareness and implementation of best practices related to the utilization of physical security systems, investigation techniques, effective oversight of contract security officers, and distribution center loss mitigation techniques
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
