We are looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Executive with expertise in mutual fund back office operations and rectification of transactions. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our mutual fund operations, handling transaction rectification, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and understanding of mutual fund processes will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee daily operations related to mutual fund back office activities
- Rectify transactional errors promptly and accurately to maintain data integrity
- Conduct thorough analysis and investigation to identify and resolve transaction discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as investment advisors and portfolio managers, to rectify and reconcile transactional issues
- Liaise with external parties, including fund administrators and custodians, to address operational challenges and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
