**Job description**
*Help Partners in their day to day queries, requests and resolve complaints.
*Work with all internal team members and POCs of other departments to resolve Partner’s concerns on time and enhance Partner Experience.
*Take ownership of the tasks and work on proactively resolving issues.
*Do complete RCA of issues and highlight to concerned departments if there are any gaps in the process.
*Make continuous effort to improve First time resolution by contributing to all process improvement initiatives.
*Collect intelligence on vendor issue and proactively suggest improvements to eliminate them. *Role may also require the individual to update and maintain databases and generation of reports.
*Other responsibilities would be to train Partners over the phone or any online training tool.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and execute operations across Myntra and Nykaa marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily tasks including product listings, inventory coordination, order processing, claims/returns handling, and reporting. This role demands strong marketplace understanding, coordination skills, and a sharp eye for operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listing & Cataloguing:
- Upload and manage product listings on Myntra and Nykaa portals.
- Ensure accurate product details (titles, descriptions, images, attributes) as per platform guidelines.
- Update and maintain catalog health (title optimization, SEO, etc.).
- Inventory & Stock Management:
- Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams to maintain real-time stock availability.
- Regularly sync inventory across platforms to avoid stockouts or overselling.
- Ensure timely in warding/out warding of inventory for smooth order fulfilment.
- Order Management:
- Monitor daily order processing, dispatches, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Returns & Claims Handling:
- Process return requests, claims, and raise disputes wherever necessary.
- Analyse return reasons and share actionable feedback internally.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain records of sales, returns, and inventory in Excel or reporting tools.
- Share weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor platform penalties, SLA breaches, and ensure compliance.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning online sales, discounts, and campaigns.
- Ensure listing and brand compliance as per platform requirements.
- Perform quality checks on live listings and pricing.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in managing Myntra/Nykaa or any fashion/lifestyle marketplaces.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Business, Commerce, or related field).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Hands-on experience with Seller Panels/Portals of Myntra/Nykaa
