Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven National Sales Head to lead sales efforts across the country. The National Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, setting the national sales strategy, building high-performing sales teams, scaling distribution networks, and strengthening key customer and partner relationships across banking, lending, or financial products.
You will own national P&L goals for sales, driving business expansion through strategic planning, leadership excellence, and market innovation. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational execution, and people leadership to deliver sustained growth.

Sales Strategy & National Execution
- Define and lead the national sales strategy in alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities

Qualifications & Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales leadership, preferably in banking, lending, fintech, or insurance
