Objectives of the role
- Analysing project demands, resource availability and constraints to develop effective resourcing plans.

Required skills and qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in resource management or a related role, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Strong understanding of resource planning, allocation and optimisation principles and methodologies, preferably in the Indian context.
- Proficiency in using resource management software and tools to track, analyse and report on resource utilisation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess resource demands and optimise resource allocation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A detail-oriented mindset to maintain accurate resource records and documentation.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A strategic perspective, with the ability to think proactively and implement resource management strategies that align with organisational goals.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, project management or a related field.
- Professional certification in resource management or project management would be a bonus
- Familiarity with resource management in specific industries, such as IT or Professional Services.
- Experience utilising resource management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

We are currently seeking a Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Has more than 12 years of relevant experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Data migration and minimum 4 end to end ERP cloud implementation.

Analyze Data Requirements and Mapping : Work with functional teams to understand data requirements and develop mappings to enable smooth migration using FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and ADFdi.

· Develop and Manage FBDI Templates : Design, customize, and manage FBDI templates to facilitate data import into Oracle SaaS applications, ensuring data structure compatibility and completeness.

· Configure ADFdi for Data Uploads : Use ADFdi (Application Development Framework Desktop Integration) for interactive data uploads, enabling users to manipulate and validate data directly within Excel.

· Data Validation and Quality Checks : Implement data validation rules and perform pre- and post-load checks to maintain data integrity and quality, reducing errors during migration.

· Execute and Troubleshoot Data Loads : Run data loads, monitor progress, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance during the data migration process.

· Collaborate with Stakeholders : Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and business analysts, to align on timelines, resolve data issues, and provide migration status updates.

We are currently seeking a Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

1-2 Years for FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) and AI tools experience

Experience of Oracle Fusion finance modules implementation

5-6 Yrs of experience developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud, including adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, Database)
Strong knowledge of APIs, SOA, REST, SOAP based web services Experience with JavaScript, XML, XSLT, and JSON Database concepts and SQL expertise Familiarity with Oracle Visual Builder and Oracle Process Cloud Experience with other middleware tools or integration platforms
Implementation knowledge of various adapters available in OIC
OAuth and JWT security implementation
Development knowledge of various types of integrations in OIC
Java development is preferred
Javascript and Json development

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor to join our team in bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Min. 10+yrs experience in Oracle Database 12C, 19C, Golden Gate, Dataguard administration and MS-SQL and upgrades
- Candidate should be working as Lead Admin and working as single point of contacts for all the Oracle and MS-SQL Databases and Windows administration
- Must have experience in designing and architecture of Azure cloud 
- Hands-on experience with Managing Cloud VM, Network and Security
- Support the lifecycle management of business critical applications to include installing patches, performing upgrades, managing releases, and administration tasks
- Support the development and production environments of business critical applications by ensuring application availability, responding to application emergencies, and supporting deployments.
- DBA with Hands-on experience on Oracle 12C, 19C upgrade
- Hands-on experience on Database upgrade to latest 2023
- Experience with SQL Server monitoring, T-SQL
- Experience in installing, managing, and upgrading Windows-based systems and servers
- Experience in managing Windows Security, Firewalls and User accesses.
- Experience with databases, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN.
- Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.
- Experience in Oracle and MS-SQL Database migration either on Cross platform or On Public Cloud like OCI and Azure
- Hands-on experience in setting DR system like DG-ADG and High Availability (HA) environment
- Experience with OEM 12C or 13C monitoring
- Experience with backup/recovery for on-Prem and Cloud environment
- Project Management Lifecycle methodology concepts
- Manage SLAs and KPIs and avoid penalties
- Manage Different stakeholders, internal, external, 3rd party
- Drive Continuous improvements and automations
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
