  • Mentor and guide junior civil engineers in structural design principles and practices.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation related to structural analysis and design.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in structural engineering.
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering is mandatory. A Master's degree in Structural Engineering is highly preferred. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in structural design and analysis is required. Proven experience with structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar is essential. Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel, and pre-stressed concrete design is required. Familiarity with geotechnical principles and foundation design is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are critical. Experience in leading structural design teams is highly desirable. This role is based in **Kochi, Kerala, IN**, and requires a commitment to on-site presence.
