Working closely with our various teams across the organization to ensure fast, smooth rollout of resolving issues.
Knowledge and understanding of DNS and DHCP
Troubleshoot on call on L1, L2, L3 issues.
Monitoring Tools: Solar winds. Good understanding on Infoblox
Investigate and diagnose Incidents, attempt to resolve them or escalate/refer them to appropriate team
Participate in daily/weekly/monthly status calls with clients.
