**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Manager, Managed Services Operations is a management role, responsible for operating within a Region/Country or Services function and is accountable for service delivery at the highest level thereby ensuring client satisfaction and the successful continuance of business operations within the organization.

+ Responsible for all documentation works related to infrastructure such as network diagram, approval documents etc.,
+ Ensure all the changes are properly evaluated, tested and then implemented. Should also ensure all changes follow a strict change management policy.
+ Able to assess the network infrastructure of all critical locations of the bank (DC, DR & HO) and suggest feedback for its continuous improvement.
+ Able to guide/troubleshoot the critical day-to-day issues of the bank in case of failure by the team to resolve it on time.

A day in the life
As a Program Manager on the CF Solutions team, you will support the Security and Loss Prevention team with end-to-end owning, developing, maintaining, and continuously improving complex risk-based security projects and programs specific to Customer Fulfilment within International. To achieve this goal, you will develop and implement comprehensive security projects and programs aligned with organizational goals. You identify, assess, as well as prioritize risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. You will also ensure that all security projects and programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and local standards and you provide ongoing training on security best practices for the personnel involved in your projects and programs.
About the team
Working in partnership with our stakeholders, Security and Loss Prevention secures the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promotes security during business conversations. Sitting within Security and Loss Prevention, the CF Solutions team does this by developing and implementing risk mitigation programs to prevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks and vulnerabilities within the Customer Fulfilment environment as early as possible. Continually assessing the programs and adjusting to support the ever-changing operational requirements, we deep dive root causes and embed standards and processes to improve productivity and prevent re-occurrence of incidents. We also provide frameworks for standards to enable business units conduct their daily operational tasks whilst mitigating risks accordingly. To reach this goal, we collect and consolidate information to evaluate existing as well as evolving modus operandi. Collaborating with additional Security and Loss Prevention support function teams, we assess the risk and develop programs to minimize potential impact.
