We are hiring for Senior Network Engineer
Qualification -B.E/B.Tech Equivalent /Master/Master Equivalent
Experience: 8-10 Years in Retail Industry within IT Infrastructure Department-Network administration function
**CCNA OR CCNP certification is Mandate**
Areas of Work: IT network & security administration -
- At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices such as Core & Spine switch, routers, VPN gateways, in Onprem and Cloud deployment such as – Azure, OCI and IBM (knowledge on products such as cisco hardware) ·
- Proficiency in managing network hardware such as routers, switches, wireless controllers, and load balancers ·
- 5+ Years of hand on experience deploying, configuring and managing security devices such as firewalls in On-prem and cloud deployments such as Azure, OCI and IBM (Knowledge on products such as Cisco Viptela, HPE Aruba)
- 5+ years of experience in administrating, set up, configuring and troubleshooting security devices such as IPS/IDS, Firewalls, Proxy devices (working knowledge on products such as Forcepoint, Palo alto, Checkpoint) ·
- Experience in design, setup, configuration and daily administration of above technologies ·
- Ability to triage, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues/incidents ·
- Ability to define technology roadmap, maintain technical debt of Network & security devices by regularly upgrading the components based on OEM recommendations ·
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, STP, VLANs) ·
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent are preferred ·
- Familiarity with any one of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI, IBM) ·
- Good understanding of ITIL processes · Exposure to automation & scripting is good to have · Experience of IT operations in a multinational company ·

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of Network & Security devices
- Deploy SDWAN across territories, maintain configuration, troubleshoot of SDWAN
- 3Coordinate and execute upgrades, patches, and new installations in collaboration with IT infrastructure teams. Perform technical upgrades for the stacks under support. Manage Technical Debt
- Maintain Technical documentation
- Triage critical incidents, troubleshoot issues and resolve, maintain SLAs, Critical event support ensuring high uptime of Network & Security environment
