Key Responsibilities
- Provide escalated support to end-users on ICT issues and requests, such as hardware, software, network, and cloud services.
- Install, configure, and update infrastructure systems and services.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and security of systems and services.
- Assist with the implementation and testing of new solutions and upgrades.
- Document and update procedures, policies, and manuals, and maintain accurate records of assets and inventory.
- Participate in regularly scheduled after-hours monthly maintenance windows to perform system firmware/software patching and/or infrastructure updates that requires system downtime outside of business hours.
- Provide support to other regional locations of the company as required, which may also include a time-shift of working hours to accommodate.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar network role, preferably in a large or global enterprise company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure, networking technologies, Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, Entra AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Though not required, exposure to PowerShell, LogicApp, and PowerBI scripting, automation and reporting is an asset.
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies, and to adapt to changing ICT needs and demands.
- A legal ability to travel as some travel may be required.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure environments, and cloud servers. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT services while supporting end-users and driving IT operational excellence
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Administration:
· Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive.
· SharePoint online administration (creating and managing SharePoint sites)
· Power Platform administration (environment creation, capacity planning and allocation etc.) - Optional Skills
· Configure and monitor M365 security and compliance policies.
· Manage device and application policies using Microsoft Intune for mobile and desktop endpoints.
· Implement and enforce device compliance and conditional access policies.
· Handle user account management, licensing, and permission settings.
Azure Administration:
· Oversee and manage Azure resources (VMs, Virtual Networks, Azure AD ).
· Optimize Azure cost management and resource performance.
· Ensure seamless integration between Azure services and on-premise systems.
· Azure AD Integration with machines and laptops.
Network Administration:
· Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
· Maintain network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other protective measures.
· Ensure high availability and performance of network systems through monitoring tools.
System Administration:
· Manage on-premises and cloud-based server infrastructure.
· Oversee system backups, disaster recovery planning, and implementation.
· Ensure server security, software patching, and OS updates (Windows/Linux).
General:
· Provide end-user support and resolve escalated IT issues promptly.
· Document IT processes, policies, and procedures.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT needs for business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven experience of 2-5 years in managing M365, Azure, network, and system administration .
· Strong knowledge of IT security best practices, including identity and access management.
· Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
· Hands-on experience with tools like PowerShell, SCCM, and monitoring tools.
AD - Active Directory
Preferred Certification:
· Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
· Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
Soft Skills:
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
· Excellent communication and documentation skills.
