+ Possess Foundational knowledge in one or more security domains, including network security, cloud security, server security, and identity/access management.
+ Have experience implementing and maintaining security solutions in an enterprise environment.
+ Possess a validated foundation of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) and a working knowledge of various SDL requirements.
+ Be familiar with Agile methodologies and CI/CD, as well as relevant expertise in all phases of application development across technology stacks.
+ Possess a solid grasp of security vulnerabilities and remediation documented by organizations like OWASP, NIST, SANS, etc.
+ Demonstrate good communication skills and can articulate application vulnerabilities, defects, technical controls, risks, and other complex security matters with non-technical collaborators.

**Minimum Qualifications**

.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

The Information Security Engineer role will be responsible for the automation of delivery of network security in the public cloud initiatives globally within American Express. This will be an integral role for the network security engineering and delivery for public cloud including automation, scalability.
Job Responsibility
- Engage with multiple cloud and networking stakeholders, understand the requirements for complex enterprise cloud environment
- Provide cloud and network security expertise and guidance to the cloud programs including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Cloud Application Architecture subprograms.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and SMEs to deliver complete security architecture solutions

Minimum Qualifications
