- As a Network L1+ Engineer, you will be supporting clients and will have to demonstrate expertise in one or more networking technology domain area with willingness to work in any shift.- You will also be involved in deploying, configuring, troubleshooting and operational maintenance of LAN/WAN networks OEMs (Cisco /FortiGate etc.)- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Working knowledge of Cisco Networking and Fortigate firewalls.- Experience with TCP/IP, networking, and DNS, SMTP, and HTTPS- Hands on experience with VLANs and BGP routing.- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Experience in Operating Systems tuning and configurations.- Ability to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)

- Coordinate with backend teams and ISPs for issue resolution
