Job Description – IT Administrator (Network & Endpoint Management)

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewalls, and proper segmentation to enhance security and performance.
• Conduct security audits, assess vulnerabilities, and ensure timely patching and updates for network devices and endpoints.

The Senior Telecommunications Support Analyst analyzes and supports the telecommunications network to meet business and customer requirements.
