Job Description – IT Administrator (Network & Endpoint Management)

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewalls, and proper segmentation to enhance security and performance.
• Conduct security audits, assess vulnerabilities, and ensure timely patching and updates for network devices and endpoints.
• Configure and enforce compliance policies, security settings, and configuration profiles in Microsoft Intune for Windows and Mac devices.
• Manage and deploy applications remotely while ensuring device compliance with corporate policies.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management, including troubleshooting endpoint security and software-related issues.
• Provide technical support for end-users on network connectivity, device enrolment, and security configurations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and conditional access policies across cloud applications and endpoint devices.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, SysAdmin, and Information Security teams to define security measures, patch management, antivirus, and firewall configurations.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection and leverage Microsoft Azure for cloud-based solutions.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, ensuring proper tracking, security, and lifecycle management for hardware and software.
• Ensure data integrity and security through regular backups, antivirus management, and system updates.
• Document network configurations, Intune administration procedures, troubleshooting guides, and compliance reports.
• Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and the integration of network systems with other IT services.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fortinet SD-WAN Engineer to design implement and maintain secure and scalable SD-WAN solutions using Fortinet technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls FortiManager FortiAnalyzer and a deep understanding of network security principles.

Responsibilities

Design deploy and manage Fortinet SD-WAN solutions across enterprise environments.

Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls VPNs and routing protocols (BGP OSPF).

Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SD-WAN with existing infrastructure.

Perform firmware upgrades patch management and system tuning.

Maintain documentation for configurations processes and procedures.

Provide technical support and incident resolution for SD-WAN-related issues.

5 plus years of experience in network engineering with a focus on Fortinet products.

Strong knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN FortiManager FortiAnalyzer and FortiOS.

Experience with network protocols (TCP-IP BGP OSPF IPSec SSL VPN).

Fortinet NSE certifications (NSE 4 or higher) preferred.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Job Overview

The Senior Telecommunications Support Analyst analyzes and supports the telecommunications network to meet business and customer requirements. This position analyzes, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots telecommunications components to provide a secure, high-performance network. He/She is involved in capacity, resources, and contingency planning to manage the risks of telecommunications failure and ensure appropriate service levels are maintained. This position addresses root causes and supports timely resolution of problems. He/She performs quality assurance and testing of transmission mediums and infrastructure components. This position develops and maintains telecommunications disaster recovery plans and monitors network performance and availability. He/She implements specialized tools to diagnose the performance of the global telecommunications infrastructure. This position maintains and increases a broad range of knowledge and skills in telecommunications systems, dial plans, switching architecture, telephony, and wiring. He/She maintains a packet analyzer infrastructure (e.g., patches, custom modifications, upgrades, etc.) to ensure devices meet UPS Data Security requirements and to ascertain that analyzers are strategically placed within the UPS global network for data forensics. He/She identifies opportunities for improvement.
