**Education and Experience Required:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a technology role. Master's degree is an added advantage.
+ 2+ years of direct management experience in a technology role
+ 6+ years of experience solving complex infrastructure problems in Network and software development
+ Experience with infrastructure products, tools, services, networking, and troubleshooting
+ Ability to understand customer needs
+ Ability to drive operations including incident and request management
+ Ability to coach & mentor network engineers and software developers

**Skills and Experience Preferred:**

+ Experience with CI/CD solutions and implementing Infrastructure as a code.

+ Hire, Manage, and lead a strong technical team of engineers responsible for delivering and operating network services

This is a full-time, on-site academic role for someone who wants to blend tech expertise with teaching and drive change at scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Design & Deliver Curriculum for core Computer Networks courses.
- Own & Lead Lab Sessions : Configure and troubleshoot networking topologies and simulations.
