**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or Charter Engineer from Water Institute UK.
- Hands-on experience in BIOWIN modeling, Air Quality modelling simulation etc.
- Expert Knowledge of computer assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices.
- Previous experience and demonstrated performance in the planning and design of water/wastewater projects.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external clients
- Experience as a leader, mentor, and problem solver with a determination for excellence
- Alternative/Design Build project delivery experience
