III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To get sufficient information necessary to function effectively in the home healthcare setting where assigned.
- To provide professional nursing care by utilizing all elements of nursing process.
- Assesses and evaluates patient’s status by:
a. Writing and initiating plan of care.
b. Regularly re-evaluating patient needs.
c. Revising the plan of care as necessary.
- To initiate and sustain the implementation of orders for medications and treatment as prescribed by the physician
- To provide assistance to patient with the activities of daily living.
- To perform services within the limits of preparation and experience.
- Accepts responsibilities of assignments to perform specialized procedures, such as chemo port needle insertion, PICC Line dressing, catheterization, Ryle’s tube insertion etc. only when qualified with specialty training, proven competency, and as per authorized privileging.
- To actively participate in programs for quality improvement in nursing practices.
- Comply with patient safety policy and maintain safe environment.
- To maintain patient confidentiality all the time.
- To adhere to escalation matrix.
- To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
**Salary**: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Manauli, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Analyzing OASIS forms filled by the clinical staff and putting the most appropriate diagnoses
- Reviewing documents for correct/ coherent entries in all other sections of the OASIS forms.
- Abstract information from the medical record and assign the appropriate ICD 10 CM codes
- Reviews documentation and provides ICD-10 coding recommendations based on current coding and Oasis guidelines
- Graduates in nursing or physiotherapy are preferred
- Knowledge in ICD-10 CM and Home healthcare coding would be preferred
- Advanced computer skills & communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail & sound analytical skills with logical thinking
