This is a full-time remote role for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, conducting patient assessments, administering medications, and documenting patient information. They will collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans, educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments, and ensure patient safety and quality of care. The Registered Nurse will maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Strong clinical skills related to patient care, patient assessment, and administering medications
• Experience with documenting patient information and developing patient care plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with healthcare providers and educate patients and families
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in a relevant healthcare setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred

Provide in-home nursing care to assigned patients, including wound care, medication administration, injections, and vital signs monitoring.

Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and manage patient care plans.

Educate patients and their families on disease management, home safety, medication use, and preventive health measures.

Document nursing care and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.

Respond promptly to patient inquiries or emergencies.

Monitor and assess changes in patient health and report findings to the physician or supervising nurse.

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
