**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care Coordination**:

- Serve as the liaison between patients, medical staff, and hospital departments to facilitate coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families about hospital services, and available resources.
- Ensure smooth transitions for patients during hospital admission, discharge
- Schedule patient appointments, tests, and procedures.
- Assist with patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction

**Billing & Insurance Responsibilities**:

- Should have knowledge of hospital billing - what to do, how to do, line items involved
- Provide guidance to patients regarding hospital billing procedures, including itemized bills, payment option
- Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage for patients.
- Raise all the approval requests as per patient treatment plan and also should have knowledge of how to get the approval
- Educate patients on their insurance policies, including co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs.
- Assist with resolving insurance claim denials or discrepancies by working closely with insurance companies and patients

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Bachelor’s degree
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in patient care coordination or a hospital billing / TPA executive role
