Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and developmental screenings for pediatric patients.
- Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and injuries.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments according to established protocols.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and X-rays.
- Educate parents and guardians on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Manage chronic conditions and provide ongoing support to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Advocate for the health and well-being of children.
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric medicine and nursing practice.
- Perform minor procedures as appropriate.
- Provide emergency care when necessary.
- Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) program.
- Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Madhya Pradesh.
- Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC or CPNP-AC) from a recognized certifying body.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Extensive knowledge of pediatric growth and development, common pediatric diseases, and treatment protocols.
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- BLS and PALS certifications required.
