What You’ll Do:
Recruit and qualify nurses using Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content (Reels, Shorts, graphics) to build trust and attract candidates.
Manage and grow online nurse communities through groups, DMs, and live sessions.
Run and optimize paid ads on Facebook/Instagram to generate quality leads.
Track recruiting performance through Google Analytics, UTMs, ATS/CRM reports.
What We’re Looking For:
️ Experience in healthcare staffing / travel nurse recruiting (preferred).
️ Strong content creation & copywriting skills.
️ Skilled in Canva/Cap Cut (or similar tools).
️ Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager & social media analytics.
️ Outgoing, empathetic, and highly responsive — able to build real connections with nurses.
️ Organized and consistent with content calendars plus data reports.
