**Responsibilities**
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Sort and distribute incoming mailand prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
- Take minutes of meetings and dictations
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
- Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events
- Perform other office duties as assigned
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as **office clerk** or other clerical position
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- A fast typistwith knowledge in stenography and taking dictations
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- High school diploma
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Responsibilities/Tasks**:
- **Administrative tasks**:
- Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling mail, sorting and filing documents, data entry, updating records, and act as a receptionist.
- Answering and forwarding phone call, and taking messages.
- **Daily cleaning and taking care of Office premises**:
- Maintain cleanliness in office premises, specifically common areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen spaces.
- **Pantry**:
- **Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the pantry area.
- Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
**- **Keeping the pantry stocked with snacks, beverages, and other supplies.
- **Traveling**: Running errands for any kind of office / factory work
- **Assistance to Team**:Support team members with various tasks, including managing schedules, facilitating communication, sending prompt texts / notes as required
- **Office equipment**: Operating office equipment like photocopiers, scanners and performing regular maintenance and coordinating in all the other miscellaneous tasks

**Qualifications and Requirement**:
- Minimum qualification : 10th (High school)
- 3 years minimum experience as a clerk / office boy
- Must pass background check / Police verification
- Should have ability to multitask ; must be efficient and fast in his work
- Should be able to ride two wheeler with valid Driving Licence
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Must possess high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
