This role involves managing the front office while maintaining the overall management of our Experience Center, which displays a range of Daikin Air Conditioning products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a smooth and professional customer experience, supporting our team, and maintaining the center's operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome.
- Provide detailed explanations of Daikin Air Conditioning products, highlighting their features, benefits, and technical aspects.
- Manage the front desk, handling inquiries, customer concerns, and ensuring a seamless flow of communication.
- Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the Experience Center, ensuring products are displayed attractively and correctly.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in the front office and display areas.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and organizing product demonstrations.
- Manage customer service inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.

Qualifications:
