Key Responsibilities :
- Partnering with stakeholders : Work closely with divisional managers and operational teams to understand their resource needs and provide weekly updates on recruitment progress.
- Sourcing and onboarding top talent : You’ll actively headhunt candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and SEEK, build and maintain talent pools, and proactively guiding candidates through the recruitment journey
- End-to-end recruitment : Advertising, screening of resumes, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and coordination of the pre-employment checks I .e reference checking
- Facilitate onboarding by preparing letters of offer, assisting with mobilisation, and coordinating inductions for employees across Australia.
- Manage and maintain employee records via our ATS PageUp
- Provide backup and support with high-quality HR Administration support to the SRG Global Business divisions as required.
- Represent SRG Global at industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities .
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Previous Recruitment (HR) or external Agency experience (must have)
- Experienced in sourcing (headhunting) hard-to-fill roles
- Experience recruiting in the Construction, Engineering, Mining & Resource and/or Industrial industry (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal/verbal communication skills – must be able to establish relationships and communicate effectively at all levels involved on and off-site.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance
- Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel processing skills.
