Define, own, and evolve the architecture across web applications, middleware integrations, low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate), and DevOps pipelines.
Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary offshore engineering team consisting of full-stack engineers (Java/.NET), TIBCO/middleware specialists, low-code developers, and DevOps engineers.
Serve as the engineering leader for offshore teams, ensuring smooth delivery, effective communication, and alignment with business and IT objectives across all engineering services.
Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and solution accelerators on modern technologies, driving innovation and adoption of best practices.
Oversee design reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure architectural compliance across web applications, middleware, and other application stacks.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and IT leaders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
Ensure robust CI/CD practices, cloud adoption strategies, and infrastructure automation across engineering teams.
Bring broad hands-on experience across multiple technology stacks, including web, middleware, low-code platforms, DevOps, cloud, and AI/ML ecosystems, to drive architectural decisions and engineering excellence.
Manage resource allocation, project planning, and team performance, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Experience and Skills
Expertise in modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, TypeScript) with strong experience in React.js or Angular or similar frameworks.
Expertise in Java stacks technologies (Java/Spring Boot/Spring Framework) for enterprise-grade services.
Expertise in APIs design and development REST, OData, GraphQL using Spring Boot, including API Gateway, caching (Redis), and API policies.
Wide-ranging experience across multiple technologies and platforms, capable of leading diverse engineering teams and driving architectural strategy across web, middleware, low-code, cloud, and AI/ML environments.
Experience designing and deploying integration workflows, messaging solutions, and event-driven architectures.
Experience in Containerization (Docker), on-premises and Azure cloud deployment.
Proven experience setting up workflows using GitHub Actions or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing best practices.
Hands-on with Azure Cloud services such as Service Bus, EventHub, Key Vault, Container Services, Storage, OpenAI services, and database services.
Deep knowledge of messaging systems (Azure Service Bus, EventHub, Kafka, JMS).
Proficiency in SQL/No SQL based databases.
Leadership: Strong communication and people management skills; able to lead design discussions, manage offshore cross-functional teams, and collaborate effectively with business partners.
Hands-on Ability: Capable of designing and coding independently when required.
Good to Have
Exposure to snowflakes, API development over Snowflake using Snowpark SDK.
Experience in data integration, data modelling, data warehouse exposure.
Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) server development for LLM integrations, Agentic AI architecture, protocols and ecosystem.
Any past AI ecosystem hands on enterprise experience.
