• Mentor junior geologists and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Geology or a related earth science field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in geological exploration and evaluation within the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in seismic interpretation software (e.g., Petrel, Kingdom Suite).
• Strong knowledge of reservoir characterization techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with well log analysis and interpretation.
• Familiarity with basin analysis and sequence stratigraphy.

• Proven experience with reservoir simulation software (e.g., ECLIPSE, CMG, Petrel RE).
• Strong understanding of reservoir characterization, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and petroleum geology.
