- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with geoscientists, drilling engineers, and production engineers to ensure integrated field development.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior reservoir engineers.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies in reservoir engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in reservoir engineering within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, CMG) and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of reservoir characterization techniques, including core analysis, log analysis, and seismic interpretation.
- Experience with reserve estimation methodologies (e.g., SEC, PRMS).
- Familiarity with Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) methods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with projects in the Rajasthan region is a plus.
