Monitoring the quality of raw & finished product, packaging material, fuels, chemicals etc. and do needful to maintain the same as per the standard requirement.
Knowledge of lab analysis of all kind of Edible Oils. Standard requirements and parameters for quality checking, and packaging material etc. Proper knowledge about the use of various all standard laboratory equipment and apparatus used. Knowledge about statutory compliance related to FSSAI/W&M.
