About the Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Influencer Onboarding Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and onboarding influencers across multiple social media platforms. You will play a key role in building long-term influencer relationships and ensuring smooth integration into our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify influencers that align with brand goals, audience, and campaigns.
- Reach out to potential influencers through email, calls, and social platforms.
- Onboard influencers by explaining collaboration processes, brand guidelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Maintain influencer databases, contracts, and communication records.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to brief influencers on campaigns.
- Ensure timely submission of content and adherence to brand compliance.
- Monitor influencer performance during onboarding and resolve any issues.
- Assist in building influencer engagement strategies to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, or a similar role (freshers with strong social media knowledge may apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, social media trends, and analytics tools.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in influencer outreach or social media coordination.
