As our new Onboarding Officer , you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth and professional experience for our clients from the very start. You’ll be the one ensuring that every step of the onboarding process - from verifying documents to setting up accounts - runs accurately, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, giving you the opportunity to build strong internal connections while directly impacting client satisfaction. What You Will Do:
- Review and verify client documentation, manage pending KYC and KYB cases
- Process onboarding-related tickets accurately and within SLA
- Communicate with Sales and Compliance to resolve missing or unclear information.
- Ensure complete and compliant onboarding for both individual and legal entity clients
- Securely store all client documents in the internal CRM system
- Escalate high-risk cases or irregularities to Compliance for further review.
- Support 2FA resets, profile disabling/enabling, and basic account changes during onboarding
- Monitor client profiles for red flags, conduct World Check screenings and re-screenings
- Ensure proper CRM setup and sales assignment, conduct CRM configuration testing to ensure all automations function correctly
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong understanding of KYC/KYB and AML processes
- Experience onboarding both individual and corporate clients is preferred
- Familiarity with internal tools like CRM (FXBO), Jira, Teams, and Outlook, Freshdesk
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with efficiency
- Discretion in handling sensitive client information
- Ability to work on shifts and weekends

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer – Onboarding & Implementation to lead the integration journey for our partners—owning both the technical implementation and the developer experience. This role blends full-stack development , solutioning , and developer advocacy , making you the bridge between our platform and the customer’s ecosystem.
- Implement & Integrate: Work hands-on with fintechs and partners to integrate our travel APIs, micro-frontends, and SDKs into their mobile/web platforms.
- Solution Engineering: Architect custom flows using OnArrival’s modules, build sample implementations, POC and drive our product roadmap around implementation.
- Full-Stack Ownership: Write reference integrations, helper libraries (Node.js, Kotlin, React), and build UI samples using our SDKs and design system.
- DevRel & Docs: Own technical documentation, API guides, Postman collections, and code samples that make devs love building on OnArrival.
- Customer Onboarding: Be the technical face of OnArrival during onboarding sprints—working alongside partner tech teams to unblock, debug, and deliver.
- Internal Feedback Loop: Relay insights from implementations to product, infra, and design to continuously improve the platform and DX.
- Security & Compliance: Guide partners on how to integrate while staying compliant with OAuth, JWT, and their own SSO/identity infra.
- 3–6 years of experience across full-stack development (Node.js / Kotlin + React/Next.js or similar).
- Experience working with REST APIs, SDKs, auth flows , and browser-to-backend communication.
- Strong understanding of web/mobile integration workflows and API security.
- Excellent communication: You can debug with engineers and explain trade-offs to PMs or CTOs.
- Experience working with fintechs, enterprise clients, or B2B APIs is a plus.
