  • We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Influencer Onboarding Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and onboarding influencers across multiple social media platforms. You will play a key role in building long-term influencer relationships and ensuring smooth integration into our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify influencers that align with brand goals, audience, and campaigns.
  • Reach out to potential influencers through email, calls, and social platforms.
  • Onboard influencers by explaining collaboration processes, brand guidelines, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Maintain influencer databases, contracts, and communication records.
  • Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to brief influencers on campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, social media trends, and analytics tools.
