Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed drilling programs, including well design, casing programs, and cementing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in drilling engineering and operations, preferably in onshore and offshore environments.
- Strong understanding of drilling fluid mechanics, well control principles, and formation evaluation.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard drilling simulation software (e.g., Landmark, Schlumberger).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule if required and travel to field locations.
- Familiarity with project management principles and budget control.
