- Support implementation of operational objectives, programs, policies, and initiatives, liaising and coordinating with Regional Print, Mail & Image Capture teams and Location Managers to ensure successful roll out
- Sorting, collection, processing and delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail and courier items. Deliver and pick-up incoming and outgoing mail shipments to and from respective department's Mail coops placed on the floors*
- Processing of outgoing local, domestic and international couriers through contracted vendors
- Coordinate with third party courier and mail service providers

- Maintain service log for all complaints, compliments and issues
- Business Information Reporting
- Production of usage statistics and cost center reports to support invoice billing
- A minimum of two years Print, Mail & Messenger operations experience, and knowledge of best practices in this area
- Self-starter that can use initiatives and strategic thinker and can work independently with mínimal supervision.

Performs responsible, skilled work involving the operation of large side-loading automated vehicles (65,000 GVW) to collect residential and commercial refuse from designated areas of the City of Orlando. Work is performed under the supervision of a Sanitation Supervisor. Performance is reviewed while in progress and upon completion through direct observation of routes, trip tickets, and discussion of problems.
Minimum Qualifications
Completion of the Solid Waste Driver program or two (2) years of experience operating heavy equipment vehicles of 18,000 GVW or more and familiarity with hydraulics operations; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Class B CDL required. Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions.
