- Managing day-to-day manual workflows that have yet to be automated.
- Assisting our operations team as needed, including handling special projects.
- Control and monitor inventory, production, and other critical work flows in our ERP - Fishbowl.
- Deploy and upgrade new functionality within our ERP.
- Build processes to collect and analyze data and improve operational efficiency.
- Train our US-based team in usage of our ERP once you become familiar with it. This includes writing standard operating procedures out and handling other forms of documentation.
- Working across our stack including Shopify, Fishbowl, ShipStation, and other mission critical software to drive improvements to operations.
- Work with vendors located in India, the US, China and other countries to create efficiencies.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and spoken English. You are comfortable getting on the phone to communicate with our US-based team.
- Available during US hours. 8 AM through 5 PM MST - Monday through Friday.
- Deep experience with ERPs. This can be anything ranging from SAP, to NetSuite, to FishBowl.
- Fluent using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets including use of functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables and more.
- LEAN familiarity is helpful, as is EOS/Traction.
- While not required, an understanding or some level of experience with SQL is great.
- Are able to provide us with references as requested. We do not want to waste your time or ours with a potential mishire. Our interview process is detailed & thorough.
- No issue working 60+ hours routinely. You wouldn’t know what to do with your free time if you were working less.
- Familiarity with eCommerce, especially Shopify, is a bonus.
