Position Overview:


We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support our daily business activities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, working closely with multiple departments, including content, marketing, and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, email handling, and file organization
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Support project tracking and deadline follow-ups
  • Help maintain and optimize internal processes

• Admin for Diving Contracts on a daily basis:

• Liaising with dive teams
• Take phone calls and responding to emails from both suppliers and customers to ensure works are safely delivered in line with the customer’s purchase order

• Updating operational paperwork
• Keeping job file records up to date
• Assist with the closing jobs
• Assist with the completing project report
• Complete administration processes for setting up new subcontractor and customers

• To ensure all diving operations are carried out in accordance with appropriate and local diving regulations.
• To provide assistance to diving operations as required.
