Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling dispatch activities namely preparing dispatch schedule, arranging dispatch of Finished Goods to Warehouses/ Depots /Customers
2. Responsible for arranging transportation in coordination with Logistics / Supply Chain
3. Being responsible for inventory and timely availability of products
4. Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
5. Preparing Invoices along with supporting documents namely permits, forms, gate passes, etc
6. Responsible for arranging loading of goods with contract workers, and dispatching invoices/documents to customers
7. Coordinating with Production/QC and coordinating with Marketing for urgent requirements
8. E-way bill
9. Moving in multiple locations /Arranging Materials to carry
10. Warehouse Invoicing related activities etc.
11. Handling all the vendors and negotiations etc & vendor management.
12. Handling all the direct and indirect purchases of the SCM division & company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in the consumer goods or nutrition category.
