Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.

 Essential Job Functions:

  • Manages Ocean carrier relationships.
  • Leads and manages Ocean contract negotiations for the service scope responsibility identified and supports managers for other areas as needed.
  • Coordination and communication with shipping line, vendors like transporter, CHA, CFS
  • Booking Placement with Carrier, Coleader, Cargo pickup and container placement, CHA communication for Clearance 
  • Should have system knowledge, maintain KPI on daily basis.
  • Completes monthly trend analysis.
  • Participates in client QBRs with CWW clients as needed
  • Supports Inside sales/bid/RFQ team
  • Leads analytics, metrics and reporting needs and improvements for the Ocean Product Management team
  • Maintains CWW Rate Matrix
  • Participates in problem resolution discussions as needed by local stations. Acts as escalation point for Ocean-related issues.
  • Provides strategic information and feedback to management.
