Role Overview: As a People Trainer - City Manager , you will play a vital role in
developing and enhancing the capabilities of our technician workforce. This role combines
talent sourcing, skill training, and operational alignment to ensure our teams meet
performance metrics and deliver top-notch services. You will be the cornerstone in
ensuring seamless operations across hotspot cities and maintaining service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training and Development
Sourcing and Onboarding: Identify, source, and onboard technicians with the right
attitude and skills to join the Easyfix team.
Training on Core Values: Foster a culture of commitment, strong work ethics, and
a focus on fulfilling key metrics.
Upskilling: Design and conduct training sessions to address skill gaps and provide
technicians with the tools and knowledge to upgrade their expertise.
2. Day-to-Day Operations
Monitor and address service cancellations, ensuring quick follow-ups to close tasks
that are out of the turnaround time (TAT).
Collaborate with various team members to identify and resolve issues in hotspot
cities, ensuring smooth service delivery.
3. Team Coordination Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, supply
management, backend, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and efficient
task execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in training, operations management, or team leadership roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
