**Brief Job Overview**

**Program Planning, Execution & Facilitation**

**Field Engagement and Customer Support**

**Learning Management Systems (LMS)**
+ Maintain South Asia's Learning Management System delivering USP Education Courses to manage end to end process of all live online, classroom and on-demand education courses.
+ Manage LMS course availability in concert with global catalog as courses come into and out of service.
+ Leverage LMS platform for communicating, promoting, and hosting all our upcoming live and on-demand/self-paced courses.
+ Oversee and ensure that partner organizations or institutions are making timely payments for the education programs conducted by us, as per agreed terms.
**People Management and Leadership**
+ Train, support, mentor and develop talent/team while driving results for the organization.
+ Create metrics, measure and report periodically report progress on customer development activities undertaken by the team, from lead generation to product/service usage, to drive efficiencies and ROI on all resources.
+ Collaborate extensively and closely with the functions, within the RPO- South Asia team and science teams in USP.
**Database and Reporting**
+ Oversee and maintain and regularly update a centralized training tracker/database capturing participant profiles, session history, evaluation scores, and feedback.
+ Generate monthly/quarterly education reports with insights on reach, impact, and gaps to guide strategic planning.

The Indian subsidiary carries out the support, marketing, and sales operations for the Indian region. We are looking to add to the team an LMS Administrator, Instructional Design Specialist with a solid work ethic, excellent judgment, and a desire to build a long-term career with us.
Position Summary
We recently launched our inaugural Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver e-learning at scale to the global community of GT-SUITE users. Our software is utilized by leading companies in the automotive, aerospace, and other industries to minimize their environmental impact and develop sustainable products. The goal of this program is to accelerate our customers' learning curve and empower them to upskill effectively.
We are seeking a creative, talented, and highly motivated individual to maintain, enhance, and expand this platform and our learning content. In this role, you will manage system administration, drive the development of new features to continuously enhance our learning offerings, collaborate with subject matter experts to refine course content, and more.
Job Responsibilities
- LMS Management: Administer and maintain the Docebo LMS, including tasks such as workflow configuration, business rules, and permission management.
- Content Management: Upload and organize training materials and courses within the LMS. Ensure that all content is up-to-date, relevant, and consistent. Video editing.
- Instructional Design: Guide trainers on best practices to ensure engaging content with high learning retention rates
- User Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to external customers and internal teams. Address and resolve any issues related to the LMS.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead evolution of the platform and evaluation of new complementary solutions to add value for learners. Examples include: adding multiple language support, closed captioning, developing a program to certify GT-SUITE users and more.
- System Updates and Maintenance: Stay informed about updates and new features of Docebo and their impact on our learners. Update our configuration as needed based on platform upgrades
- Use Case Expansion : Extend our current usage, which is focused on customer education, to internal training and employee on boarding, including integration with our HRIS
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on user behavior and overall system usage. Use data to make recommendations for improvements to affect user outcomes.
Education, Experience and Skills
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience is required
- Prior 3+ years’ experience managing an LMS, preferably Docebo
- Strong technical and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues
- Experience with data integrations between systems (Workato, Docebo Connect, Webhooks, APIs, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical skills with experience in generating and interpreting reports and developing proposals for improvement
- Experience with video and audio editing
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing online training content
Additional Qualifications Desired:
- Certification in Docebo or related LMS platforms
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Experience with SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
- Experience with SSO authentication
