Role Overview
We are seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Techno-Functional Consultant with 5-7 years of experience who can be a strong team player with proficient communication skills to support the existing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Benefits module. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations in addition to having intermediary skills for other HCM modules(Core HR, Goal & Performance, Compensation).
The resource will be working full time on the HR POD , attending daily stand up calls and working to deliver stories within the sprint.
The resource will be working closely with the SME to ensure that all requirements and designs are aligned with the IEEE framework, UAT support .
Responsibilities
· Modify/Configure and maintain Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles
· Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing
· Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads
· Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
· Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance
· Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution
· Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments
· Document configurations, processes, and change requests
Required Skills
· 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in Benefits
· Understanding of Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows
· Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas
· Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRMS Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Human Resource Management System (HRMS). This role is responsible for ensuring the system operates efficiently, supports HR functions, and enhances user experience. The HRMS Administrator will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to implement system updates, troubleshoot issues, and provide training to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration & Maintenance:
- Manage and configure the HRMS, ensuring smooth operation and data integrity
