About the Role -
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Service Cloud Developer with over 8 years of expertise in Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) implementation, customization, and support. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in PHP, .NET, JavaScript, and hands-on experience with OSvC BUI and Agent Desktop. You will be responsible for developing custom scripts, workflows, event handlers, and integrating OSvC with external systems using REST APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, customize, and support Oracle Service Cloud solutions.
Develop custom scripts, processes, workflows, and business rules within OSvC.
Integrate OSvC with external systems using REST APIs.
Manage email configurations and mailbox settings in OSvC.
Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience with Oracle Service Cloud implementation and support.
Strong proficiency in PHP, .NET, and JavaScript.
Expertise in OSvC BUI, Agent Desktop, and custom scripting.
Experience in integrating OSvC using REST APIs.
Knowledge of OSvC modules like Knowledge Advanced, Guided Assist, and case routing.
