Job Description
An opportunity has arisen to join the offshore team of Oracle EBS Managed Services Applications DBAs in Version1.
The role requires previous experience of growing a team capable of supporting over 40 customers across various time zones and working in conjunction with the Onshore team in the UK and Ireland to resource both project and Managed Service requirements. It will also require you to be capable of mentoring the junior members of our team to encourage their development as EBS DBAs.
As part of your duties you will be required to perform the usual managed services such as monitoring, tuning, maintenance, cloning, patching and other routine deliverables efficiently and effectively. The role will overlap with cloud services.
Required
- Possess previous experience of Oracle EBS 12.2
- Database 19c and 12c
- HTTPS and Java certificate management
- Strong Application Experience (Flexfields/Concurrent Managers/RBAC Security/Auditing)
- Be capable of performing Critical Patch Updates to EBS and associated products and technologies.
- CPU Patching
- In place point release upgrades
- Linux OS Knowledge
- ITIL Working Practices
Desirable
