    Training Development & Delivery Team :

    Create Content for end user with multiple modes – HTV, e-learning module with voice over, TTT Scripts in latest content creation tool like Articulate 360, Arise, Captivate
    HR Domain Knowledge is also preferred with SAP Success Factors implementation
    Ability to translate training material into Germany language
    Customize Content : If there is custom content required, they should be able to develop custom content
    Record and test Training Videos: To be able to record simulation videos and launch it multiple platforms
    Host training content on LMS environment and track progress completion
    MS Office and Language Skills : The users should have a good background of explaining the concepts as well. They should have good MS Office skills so that they can also develop the Process Slides in PowerPoints explaining the process and User Guides – explaining the step-by-step procedures etc.
    Organization Change Management

    Communicate and coordinate activities with Leaders (local & global), GEO HR, PMs, RMs, with HR, Partners,
    Help manage Translations through the GEO HRs or their nominated stakeholders.
    Work with the multiple impacted stakeholders – ensuring that they are ready for the upcoming rollouts.
    Manage the communication as per country/geo nuances
    Project Manage the execution of Change Management Activities
    Work with SharePoint team to maintain content on the country-specific microsites and trainings.
    Work with the Project Management team to understand the development of the Solution and time the activities accordingly.
    Help the training team coordinate posting of content to the digital platforms

    Skills Required :
    Good written and verbal Communications skills, Presentation over Teams, Project Management, BI, creating Reports and Dashboards for Transcend Leadership.
    Analytics, BI, and ability to create dashboards etc.

    Develop & Maintain SharePoint for different Stakeholder Groups:
    We are planning to use different SharePoint Microsites for diverse stakeholders like: Leaders, RMs/PMs, Change Network, & end users etc. We are evaluating if each country should have a section to store customizations for that country.
    SharePoint Site Development Skills
    Graphics skills: They should be able develop graphics and/ or videos
    Content Presentation and articulation skills - Able to manage language and short writeups explaining the deliverables on the SharePoint sites for different stakeholder groups and have good presentation verbal and written skills
