About the Role
The Talent and Development Partner is responsible for designing and delivering solutions that build critical learning and talent capabilities, aligned with the strategy and standards of a leading global pharma MNC. The role partners with business leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to drive consistent and impactful talent and learning outcomes.
This position requires an experienced professional who can work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with senior stakeholders, translate business needs into solution blueprints, and balance both strategic intent and strong execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual training needs collection and rollout of the training calendar.
- Design, develop, and implement programs, policies, and strategies to address talent and learning needs.
- Drive talent review and succession planning processes, coaching managers and ensuring proper documentation.
- Partner with global and local stakeholders to implement programs and drive participation.
- Consult with leaders, HRBPs, and learning champions on talent and development matters.
- Manage vendors for skilling, professional development, and leadership training.
- Evaluate program effectiveness, implement improvements, and publish insights via talent dashboards.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Degree in HR or equivalent, with 8–12 years of overall HR experience, including 2+ years in Talent Management or Learning & Development.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to take initiative and deliver with excellence.
- Experience working across functions and geographies.
Preferred
- Certifications in Talent Management/L&D.
- Experience implementing global programs with international stakeholders.
- Track record of developing impactful, innovative learning solutions.

We are looking for an experienced training consultant who can help us design, execute and evaluate all our employee development initiatives through hosting training programs and other related events.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Gathers and analyzes information to determine learning needs.
- Evaluates training programs and materials at regular intervals.
- Facilitates internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned.
- Designs and develops the course content according to the objectives to deliver classroom, virtual or self-paced learning interventions.
- Evaluates the overall effectiveness of the training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Tracks employee success and progress
- Capture all learning interventions on the Learning Management System
- Develops and implements learning curriculum consistent with current trends and best practices.
- Utilizes internal and external resources as necessary to achieve goals.
- Facilitates and/or delivers learning solutions, based on adult learning theory providing a high-impact, interactive environment.
- Tracks and analyzes learning curriculum effectiveness using Impact Mapping or other traditional evaluation techniques.
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders and business partners.
- Assumes responsibility for ongoing development, researching industry standards and best practices and embracing new technologies.
- Develops and provides learning metric reporting to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 9 years' experience in behavioral training and over 3 years in leadership training, or related roles.
- Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs and workshops.
- Excellent decision making and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced skill level MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and experience in adult learning.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Willing to work in shifts.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools.
- Experience using learning management systems.
